Mike Sunley, Chief Executive at Lexington, featured in The Caterer in March to mark National Apprentice Week.
He talks about Lex School of Talent and what it takes to create a successful apprentice programme. He says, “It’s fair to say setting up an apprenticeship programme is not easy, it requires dedication, a lot of time and a huge amount of commitment from the whole business. This said the rewards are worth it. We have had some amazing young people through our apprenticeship programme, many of whom have not only achieved great things in their day job but also been recognised by the wider industry.”
