Food experiences and menu development are delivered by our award-winning chef development team. Our aim is to celebrate worldwide tastes, cultural and dietary requirements involving the food community in the process.

We seek regular feedback and guidance from pupils and parents in order to cater and deliver a bespoke service for every school.

NUTRITION AND HEALTHY EATING

Nothing is more important than ensuring the food we provide at school helps young people achieve a healthy lifestyle. It’s a top priority for us to ensure our menus inspire young people to make wise choices about what they eat as early in life as possible.

Our in-house team of nutrition and dietetic experts are involved at all stages of menu development to ensure we support our schools in encouraging pupils to eat healthily through learning initiatives. We also provide a range of modules designed to help them to understand food, nutrition, and how it can impact our bodies.

Our team are members of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Dietetic Association.

ETHICAL AND SUSTAINABLE INGREDIENTS

We take great care to buy our food from the best growers, producers and suppliers.

We are committed to sourcing food regionally and locally wherever possible and we give preference to fresh ingredients in season.

This enables us to make the most of British food and minimise the energy used in its production, transport and refrigeration.
