Lexington Catering, one of the leading contract caterers in London, has been renamed a Three-Star Sustainability Champion by the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA). The team were acknowledged for their variety of healthy eating options and their local and seasonal approach to sourcing ingredients, for which they gained an impressive 90% score.

The company is all about continuous improvement and has put sustainability at the heart of everything it does. In the past year it has introduced a number of healthy eating initiatives as well as a no air freight policy. The SRA’s Rating, known as the Michelin Stars of Sustainability, is a global standard, which lays down benchmarks for any organisation serving food that wants to establish and improve upon its ongoing commitment to sustainability, particularly with regards to its approach to sourcing food and its impact on the environment and society.
