Emma Langford, People Manager at Lexington, was shortlisted by a panel of over 20 judges to win the title of Innovator of the Year at The Shine Awards 2016, which are being held in partnership with The Caterer. The Awards celebrate the achievements of women working in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism, as well as the mentors, ambassadors and businesses that support gender diversity in those industries.
The shortlist for the awards, which are being held in partnership with The Caterer, was chosen by a panel of over 20 judges, made up of leading figures from across the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industries.
Emma’s efforts have completely transformed Lexington’s approach to talent management and leadership development. She is committed to hospitality and is helping create an organisational culture where people are inspired and free to innovate, regardless of their role.
The winners will be revealed at a black tie dinner on 3rd October 2016.
