Lexington Catering’s Christmas ‘Free From’ range has made the shortlist within the ‘Product of the Year’ category in the Health & Vitality Honours.
The Health and Vitality Honours List recognises those practicing the best healthy eating values within foodservice. The winners of Health & Vitality Honours 2018 will be announced at a presentation lunch, on Thursday 25th January 2018.
Lexington’s chef development team work hard to create something for everyone at Christmas. Last year the team officially launched a ‘Free From’ Christmas range of products last year which was developed to provide customers and clients with a better selection of tasty but slightly healthier festive dishes across over Christmas.
Rob Kirby, Chef Director at Lexington, says, “We wanted to create a slightly healthier festive food range to support our customers with their health goals. But also allow them to get into the festive spirit so that they don’t feel like they are missing out on all the fun over Christmas.”
The chef development team decided to introduce new products into the 2017 Christmas ‘Free From’ range this year because it was such a success and so popular with customers.
