Lexington will be competing alongside some of the UK’s top chefs including Lawrence Keogh of The Wolsely, Cyrus Todiwala OBE of Café Spice Namaste, Jeremy Lee of Quo Vadis, Matryn Nail of Claridges and William Curley to see who can sell their cakes the fastest!
Rob Kirby, Chef Director at Lexington will be manning the Lexington stall where he will be selling Lexington’s famous gooey chocolate brownies and red nosed coconut macaroons.
The bake sale will be open to the hungry public from 3pm and there will be entertainment from Britain’s Got Talent finalist, Hope Murphy and music from the Lamb Tavern who will be holding St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.
Rob Kirby says: “It’s always great fun and brings a lot of joy doing big charity events like this. Team Lex are really looking forward to the big bake off for Comic Relief this Friday, the afternoon will be noisy, foodie and fun, a bit like a normal Friday afternoon but with the addition of a few red noses!”
