Following a rigorous tender process, Lexington, one of London’s leading contract caterers, is delighted to have once again secured the contract to provide catering services to one of the world’s elite business schools, London Business School (LBS).
Under the terms of the renewed contract, Lexington will provide a catering offering for all of the London Business School campus in Regent’s Park. The team will manage all retail catering onsite, dining and events, and hospitality services to meet the expectations of the business school’s international community.
Mike Sunley, CEO of Lexington says: “We have worked in partnership with LBS, since 2009, to evolve the catering offering, providing a service that meets the needs of its international business community, delivering value for money and a personalised service. By refreshing all retail spaces and introducing new innovations, which include expanding the social media opportunities and smart phone technology, we’ve been able to improve engagement with the school’s community. We have some exciting projects planned and look forward to growing with LBS, developing our offering to meet the needs of their international community over the coming years and ensure they receive the best possible service.”
Toni Bouteldja, Operations Director, Campus Services and Developments, at London Business School says: “We are confident that Lexington is an excellent choice to manage our catering and hospitality offering. Their flexible and dynamic approach is impressive and their management capabilities are underpinned by a company culture which fits well with that of LBS. We look forward to working together.”
