Marta Pegram, Deputy General Manager at Lexington Catering, has been shortlisted for this year’s ACE Robyns Award.
The award recognises up-and-coming talent in all aspects of contract catering, from chefs to marketers and from butlers to business development staff. It’s aimed at individuals aged 35 and under who truly have what it takes to make a real difference in the industry, whether that’s cooking, serving or driving a business forward.
Marta joined Lexington in August 2008 as a General Assistant, working for a global asset management company. Since then she has gone from strength to strength, winning an Acorn award in 2016 and being recognised internally for her excellent leadership skills and approach to customer service.
She is a true ambassador for hospitality industry and works so hard to support her team in developing the skills they need to progress.
The winner will be announced at the ACE Summer Party, which is being held at ZSL London Zoo on Wednesday 19th July 2017.
