The Caterer recently featured Louise Roberts, our very own super star, after winning this year’s Chef Stagiaire award.
She speaks to Hannah Thompson, reporter at The Caterer, about competition nerves, her dreams for the future and the contest’s prizes.
Commenting on her win Louise says, “I couldn’t stop giggling. It was just shock and happiness. I didn’t expect to win, so it was a really nice surprise.”
