Rob Kirby, Chef Director at Lexington Catering, talks to The Staff Canteen about his love of food, seasonal ingredients and Team Lexington.
Rob says, “I’m very proud of the business. We want to keep fresh food on the map – our chefs play a big part in the development of our menus with that in mind and we encourage them to buy seasonal British products. We want to keep things fresh and simple, but full of flavour.”
