Lexington Catering’s Group Development Chef, Jon Lilley, has been shortlisted for Executive Chef of the Year, at this year’s prestigious FSM Awards. The awards, which are run by B&I Catering magazine, recognise those outstanding individuals and teams who have made a huge contribution to the industry – the ‘exceptional talent’ of the contract catering world.
Jon started out as a chef over twenty years ago and has led the kitchen teams of some of the biggest staff catering sites in London. His experience working in many of our sites created a framework for the innovation and development in his role as Group Development Chef, leading the food team.
Over the last year, as Group Development Chef, he has re-shaped the food team, added new food concepts and worked with the wider development team to launch new innovations.
Lexington’s Chef Development Team has also been shortlisted for the FSM Innovation Award. The awards take place at the prestigious Lancaster Hotel, on Monday 21st November 2016.
